Job Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is full time and on-site at our office in Center City, Philadelphia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing and editing content for blog posts, sales collateral, case studies, and one-pagers
  • Managing company social media presence
  • Analyzing data and metrics to improve and influence content strategy
  • Working closely with marketing lead to optimize marketing strategy
  • Event planning, promotion, and coordination
  • Creating email marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with sales proposal and presentation copyediting
  • Assisting with writing and proofreading content for clients

What We Require: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a relevant major (business, communications, marketing, etc.), or enough relevant experience
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with social media marketing, campaigns, and tactics
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to understand "tech talk" and distill it down to something digestible for non-tech people
  • A sense of humor and appreciation for gifs

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies
  • Team player who is able to work with all departments in the company
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills

  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
